Pune: Intelligent power management company Eaton has announced the opening of its new Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (Eaton GSC COE) and integrated manufacturing facility in Pune.
The expansion reinforces India’s growing role as a strategic hub for Eaton’s global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Spread across 1.5 lakh square feet in Baner, the new Eaton GSC COE facility was inaugurated by Rogerio Branco, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer; Sreekumar Panicker, Vice President and Head of Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, India; and Pradeep Kumar SK, Country Head and Managing Director, Eaton India, along with senior Eaton leaders.
The newly launched center will serve as a collaborative hub that fosters innovation, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across global teams.
With this strategic expansion, Eaton aims to strengthen its technology, engineering, and supply chain capabilities while driving business transformation and global supply chain resilience.

Eaton GSC COE to Enhance Collaboration and Operational Efficiency

The Eaton GSC COE will support Eaton’s global plants and supply chain teams by driving cost optimization, standardizing sourcing processes, consolidating suppliers, and advancing technology-enabled logistics and material management.
This approach aims to deliver manufacturing excellence, improve efficiency, and reduce complexity across the company’s value chain.
